What To Wear

Pole Fitness:
Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class! You can wear trainers, or go barefoot. Please avoid putting creams and lotions on your hands and legs before the class, as this makes you slippery! Please wear shorts. This will enable you to grip the pole with the skin on your legs.

Sensual Pole Fitness:
Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class! You can go barefoot or wear high heels. Knee-pads are recommended but not essential. Please avoid putting creams and lotions on your hands and legs before the class, as this makes you slippery.

Barre Fitness:
Wear gym clothing and ballet style shoes or Pilates socks with grip on the soles, or go barefoot. Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class!

Pilates:
Wear gym clothing, Pilates socks with grip on the soles, or go barefoot. Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class!

Fitness Circuit:
Wear gym clothing, trainers/tekkies, Pilates socks with grip on the soles, or go barefoot. Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class!

Stretching & Mobility:
Wear gym clothing. Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class!

Aerial Hoop:
Tight fitting, long pants/leggings and a T-Shirt or vest top. You can also bring a pair of shorts to wear as you may prefer training in shorts due to the additional grip behind your knees. Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water. No towel no class!

Please do not bring jewellery or other valuable items to any classes. The Pole Studio will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal valuable items.
