Splits Technique Workshop at The Pole Studio SA, Lynnburn Centre, Lynnwood Road, Pretoria.

If you need a little help to develop your splits flexibility to achieve those 160°/180° splits needed for Pole and Aerial competitions, or purely for self-improvement, join us at our Splits Technique Workshop.

6th October 2019

This workshop will be taught by Alison Ballard, Sports Massage Therapist, and certified Pole and Aerial Instructor.

Learn the fundamentals of splits stretching, how to prevent injury while stretching, as well as strengthening and lengthening of the correct muscle groups.

Safely increase your split range and learn stretching techniques that you can practise at home.

I am a beginner can I join?
This workshop is also suitable for beginners. You can work at your own pace and level. Everyone has areas for improvement when it comes to flexibility.

Do I need to be flexible to join this class?
No, you can join us because you want to improve your personal flexibility. You will not be pressured to perform exercises if you are not comfortable.

What do I wear and what do I bring for Stretching & Mobility/Flex?
Bring a bottle of water and a towel. Wear gym clothing and bring a yoga mat, should you prefer to use your own.

Open to all ages and all levels. Members and non-members are welcome.
