Level 2 Beginner Group Pole Fitness Classes

Level 2 teaches you more demanding spins, transitions, dance moves and floor work.
You will also be introduced to climbs and work up the pole. Plenty of recap work is done, as well as freestyle pole time.

You will feel your strength and ability to execute pole moves to be more developed by this stage.
You will feel more confident about showing off your pole skills and the chances are you feel like a pole-aholic by this stage!

Beginners can attend up to three classes per week, including Mixed Level Circuit and Mixed Level Saturday morning classes.
