Level 1 Beginner Group Fitness Class

Level 1 will introduce you to the basics of Pole Fitness including dance moves, transitions, floor work and basic spins.
You will also be taught a mini routines each week. The aim of Level 1 is to build your confidence on and around the pole. We encourage you to ‘go for it’ and have fun – every pole dancer has had to learn from the start at one time or another. So don’t worry, we’ve all been there!

At the end of this Level, you may be ready to progress to Level 2 or you may choose to have another go at perfecting your level 1 moves first.

Beginners can attend up to three classes per week, including Mixed Level Circuit and Mixed Level Saturday morning classes.
