What To Wear

Pole Fitness:
Please bring a towel and water. You can wear trainers, or go barefoot. Please avoid putting creams and lotions on your hands and legs before the class, as this makes you slippery! Please wear shorts. This will enable you to grip the pole with the skin on your legs.

Sensual Pole Fitness:
Please bring a towel and water. You can go barefoot or wear high heels. Knee-pads are recommended but not essential. Please avoid putting creams and lotions on your hands and legs before the class, as this makes you slippery.

Barre Fitness:
Bring water and a towel. Wear gym clothing and ballet style shoes or Pilates socks with grip on the soles, or go barefoot. Please bring a yoga mat, should you prefer not to use the studio’s mats.

Stretching & Mobility:
Bring water, a towel and your own yoga mat. Wear gym clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, should you prefer not to use the studio’s mats.

Aerial Silks: (Venue: 442 Atterbury Road)
Tight fitting, long pants/leggings and a T-Shirt or vest top. Please bring your own towel and bottle of water.

Aerial Hoop: (Venue: 442 Atterbury Road)
Tight fitting, long pants/leggings and a T-Shirt or vest top. You can also bring a pair of shorts to wear as you may prefer training in shorts due to the additional grip behind your knees. Please bring your own towel and bottle of water.

Please do not bring jewellery or other valuable items to any classes. The Pole Studio will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal valuable items.
