I am a beginner can I join?

This class is for students of all levels on the pole, from total novice to advanced pole trixter. Only basic level pole moves and transitions will be incorporated in the fun and flowing routines.

Is stripping involved in these classes?

No stripping is involved. In fact, you can wear leggings /long-pants for this class with a T-Shirt. Nobody is judged on how they look at any of our classes. The focus is on having a great time and reaching your personal goals.

I only want to do Sensual Pole Fitness class can I join the studio?

Yes, we have flexible membership options. You can join only for Sensual Pole Fitness. If you only want to attend the one class per week, the drop in rate or ‘6 Session Card’ may be the best choice for you. However, you may also want to take advantage of our other classes including Barre Fitness, Stretching & Mobility/Flex, Pole Fitness and Open Practise sessions. Monthly membership offers great variety at a much lower cost per session!

What do I wear and what do I bring for Sensual Pole Fitness Classes?

For this class you can wear shorts or long-pants/leggings and Vest tops/T-shirts. You can wear high heels, with ankle straps or you can go barefoot. Knee-pads are recommended. Do not wear jewellery or moisturiser! Bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water.
