Intermediate & Advanced Group Pole Fitness Classes

Intermediate and Advanced Pole Fitness classes will be available to The Pole Studio’s students who have successfully completed Beginner Levels. Intermediate and Advanced classes are ‘trick and spin’ orientated classes.
Intermediate and Advanced classes are a significantly higher level than Level 1 and 2 classes. We advise all students to work carefully and consistently through our detailed syllabus to progress safely to higher levels.
Intermediate and Advanced classes have a focus on upside down moves, learning new demanding ways to grip your body on the pole as well as climbing the pole and linking tricks together.
